No refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted on any items. All sales are final, including no cancellation orders. Please be sure you checkout with the items needed/wanted as anything 'accidentally' ordered will not receive a refund. Refunds for broken or damaged products are only permitted if a photo of the broken item has been sent to us on the day of delivery. Any claim made after the delivery date will not receiving a refund.  If a wrong address was given at checkout or you have made a mistake with the address then package will most likely be returned to Love & Quartz as a 'Return to Sender' package from the post office. If this occurs no kind of refund will be made; no exceptions. You will be required to repay shipping and provide us with the correct address. Because of this, please ensure the address you use at checkout is correct and you have checked your order.
